*The conference registration desk will be open on Thursday,
November 12 from 6-8pm. and Friday, November 13 from
8:15am-4pm, Saturday, 8:15am-1:00pm and Sunday from 8:15-10:00am. The desk will be located in the
reception foyer, mezzanine level of the Hilton Hotel.
Accommodation
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton

Robert Q Airbus provides ground
transportation to their London terminal from Toronto's and Detroit's
